Universal Testing Machine 100KN TO 1000 KN Analog / Digital / Computerize Model
We offer to our clients highly reliable Universal testing machines. This machine is capable of very accurate measurement and testing, thus is heavily used in testing the samples in tension and compression mode. This machine can be availed in 100 KN, 200 KN, 400 KN, 600 KN & 1000KN. The accuracy of this machine to test and detect flaws conforms to IS1828, BS 1610. Moreover, apart from the standard machine we also offer to our clients a variety of extra accessories such as attachment for various test such as:
- Brincell Test
- Tensile Test
- Test for threaded and soldered specimens
- Shear test
- Extensometer
- Tests like Tension, Compression, Transverse, etc. are conducted.
- Autographic “Load Vs Elongation� recorder is fitted.
- A wide range of metallic materials can be tested.
- Optional Accessories such as – Mechanical Extensometer, Load-Stabilizer, Attachments for Brinell test, Tensile test for shouldered & threaded, Single & Double shear test, Bolts-Nuts & Washer test, Rope test, Flat Belt test, Bend-Rebend test, 180° Bend test, Pull-Out test, etc. are available.
- Capacities from 100 KN to 1000 KN.( i.e. 10T to 100T)
- Loading accuracy well within ±1% conforms to IS: 1828 / BS: 1610.
